The history of Nice-Pak International begins more than half a century ago, with the founding of our parent company in New York.
European operations started in 1987 initially importing products from our parent company’s US facilities. Facing rapidly growing demand, we opened our European Head Office in Flint, UK, in 1992. Almost two decades later, we have three European facilities in addition to four in the U.S.A – putting us, in terms of production capacity, ahead of any other market player.
But Nice-Pak is about more than just capacity. We believe our success is based on a record of continuous investment in production, technology and research set against a background of solid financial foundations. Despite our growth, we’ve stuck with the values that made us successful in the first place: market focus, flexibility and a commitment to meticulous standards of quality and hygiene in all of our facilities. In fact, a commitment to quality underscores all that we do at Nice-Pak. This is reflected in the rigorous quality assurance systems which touch on every aspect of the way the business operates. Our Quality Assurance technicians conduct extensive tests within the factory, whilst our own microbiological laboratory analyses every product batch. It should come as no surprise, therefore, that we carry several external accreditations including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
