Nice-Pak extends Bronze Healthy Working Wales award

We’re delighted to receive an extension to our Bronze Healthy Working Wales award. It’s a great way for Nice-Pak to show how we value the well-being of our teams.

This year we have successfully delivered a well-being app which encourages and rewards physical activity. We have introduced a number of activities across the business to include walking challenges, a range of health campaigns, mental health training and shared a COVID blog designed to support colleagues through the challenges that the pandemic has brought. We continue to actively work towards the silver level and look forward our next review following the COVID pandemic assessment restrictions.
