The Company is aware of the effect our operations has on the climate and the environment and recognises that Energy Management and Sustainability Practices are an integral part of our overall Business Culture. We are therefore fully committed in conducting our activities with due care and diligence and ensure continual improvement in achieving a high standard of Sustainable Energy Performance.

Therefore Nice-Pak International commits to:

• Providing a framework for setting and reviewing objectives and energy targets.
• Ensuring the availability of information and necessary resources to achieve the objectives and energy targets.
• Satisfying the applicable legal requirements and other requirements related to energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption.
• Ensuring the continual improvement of energy performance and the Energy Management System (EnMS).
• Supporting the procurement of energy efficient products and services that impact energy performance.
• Supporting the design activities that consider energy performance improvement.

The Company is committed to the continual improvement of our energy performance and the protection of our climate and environment. This policy will be communicated to all staff, contractors and suppliers and other interested parties, and be available to the public through selected media.
