Our People

At Nice-Pak our people are essential to our success. We constantly strive to support and empower our employees, and this is much more than a nice sentiment.

In fact it is so embedded in our culture that for the past ten years we have received a global award from the Top Employers Institute for providing excellent employee conditions.

We have always considered our workforce to be our most important asset. As such we provide the right training and skills in a supportive, friendly and open environment. As a consequence, we have an above industry-average tenure of service among employees, with 55 per cent having ten years or more continuous service.

Our People

Listening to the views of our workers is also important to us and to gauge opinions we conduct bi-annual surveys. The results from the latest poll show that almost 90 per cent of employees feel valued and consider the company to be a pleasant and friendly place to work.

As well as investing in our workforce, we are also passionate about creating opportunities for young people, delivering a successful apprenticeship scheme across our European business.

Of course it’s not just about Nice-Pak’s immediate environment. We also engage with our surrounding communities and encourage employees to play an active role in their local areas. In addition, we support many charities, with our staff helping to choose the charities we support.

Nice-Pak International has pledged its support to the armed forces community by signing the Armed Forces Covenant. The Armed Forces Covenant is a national pledge to help those who have served in the armed forces and their families receive the same opportunities and respect in their communities as others by providing housing advice, access to healthcare, employment opportunities and more.
